Penyuluhan Gizi dengan Pengembangan Food Model ˜Piring Makanku Meningkatkan Perilaku Konsumsi Makanan Seimbang pada Remaja
Abstrak
People's diet is far from balanced nutrition messages. Based on the results of riskesdas 2010, the proportion of population 10 years less consumption of vegetables and fruits in Indonesia 93.6%. Based on the monitoring of Nutritional Status of West Java 2014, the prevalence of lean and fat in adolescents in Bandung is still above the average of West Java. A country needs balanced nutrition guidelines and needs to be socialized in order to serve as a guideline for eating the community. One visualization of the balanced nutrition message is 'Piring Makanku' which shows the food and beverage serving at every meal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutritional counseling using food model 'Piring Makanku' to the behavior of balanced food consumption in adolescents. This research will be conducted in SMP Negeri 2 Bandung. The method used is one group pre-test post-test. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling and got the minimum sample size of 32 people. The average score of the behavior of balanced food consumption before the intervention was 7.81 while the score of food consumption behavior was balanced after the intervention was 10.53. Based on statistical test, there is influence of giving counseling using food model 'My Plates' to the behavior of balanced food consumption in adolescents with p <0.001. Food model 'Piring Makanku' is one of the media that influence the behavior of balanced food consumption in adolescents.
