FAKTOR RESIKO YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL USIA REMAJA DI PUSKESMAS RONGGA
Abstract
Teenage pregnancy is one of the high-risk pregnancies. Pregnancy in adolescents poses serious risks from a psychological aspect. Teenage pregnancy is often accompanied by anxiety that has an impact on hyperemesis, lack of rest, excessive hysteria which triggers premature labor and low birth weight. Objectives to identify risk factors associated with anxiety levels in adolescent pregnant women. The type of research conducted is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach (cross-sectional). The number of samples was 40 pregnant women aged 19 years according to the inclusion criteria, who had no complications during pregnancy and had no history of mental health disorders. sampling technique with purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using the Spearman statistical test. Results There were 11 pregnant women (27.5%) with severe prenatal anxiety, 18 people (45%) with moderate anxiety, and 13 people with light anxiety (32.5 percent ). Gestational age (0.000), rest pattern (0.001), and activity/exercise pattern (0.001) are all risk variables for anxiety in pregnant mothers in teenagers (0.04). Conclusions Antenatal anxiety is one of the important aspects to consider when carrying out a comprehensive series of care. Aside from that, there is a need for motivation for pregnant women to improve activity patterns and adequate rest.
