Data analysis included univariate and bivariate using the T-test. With a p-value of 0.000, the intervention significantly lowered the anxiety mean in the intervention group from 29.50 to 10.58. The intervention group's mean value was significantly 17.58 lower than the control group's, with a p-value of 0.000. Thus, it could be concluded that the Jenga game effectively reduced anxiety. The Jenga game should be presented to trainees during the training process as an option to alleviate anxiety and boost the pass rate on competency tests.
