PERBEDAAN SEDIMEN URINE Ca-OKSALAT PADA KONSUMEN AIR SUMUR DAN AIR MINERAL DI DUSUN KEMEREH DEJEH
Abstract
Water is an important need for living things on earth also for humans. The majority of people who live in villages consume groundwater for their needs including. Geographical conditions that are relatively barren and dry and are located on a stretch of limestone make the condition of groundwater in Kemereh Dejeh were Hamlet and containing limestone grains that can obtained some kidney disease because of acumulations of sediment. The purpose of this study is to determine the difference in the results of Ca oxalate urine sediment on well water and mineral water consumers.
The research method used in this study was experimental with a cross-sectional research design. The technique used was purposive sampling with a population of 233 villagers and get 25 samples for groundwater consumer and 25 person for mineral water consumer.The results obtained from 25 urine samples of groundwater consumers showed 9 samples (36%) positive for Ca oxalate, while 16 samples (64%) negative for Ca oxalate. 25 samples of mineral water consumers were Ca oxalate negative because Ca oxalate was not found. The results of statistical tests carried out with the Wilcoxon test obtained a significant value of 0.003 (p 0.05) so it can be concluded that there were differences in the results of Ca oxalate urine sediment in well water and mineral water consumers.
