ANALISA PENGARUH WAKTU TERHADAP PERUBAHAN GOLONGAN DARAH PADA SAMPEL BERCAK DARAH

Abstract

Criminal acts are all forms of actions that are economically and psychologically detrimental and violate the law, social norms, and religion. Criminal acts such as murder, rape, arson, shooting, robbery, and so on can leave evidence from the victim or perpetrator, one of which is bloodstains. Blood type examination is one of the methods used when a criminal case occurs in the community. Identification of blood group ABO system on fresh blood samples is easier to do than on dried blood samples. The method that is commonly used to identify the blood group of dry blood samples is the Elution Absorption method. This method is very sensitive and can indirectly detect the presence of antigens. This research was conducted in the Hematology Laboratory of the Muhammadiyah Palembang Institute of Health Sciences and Technology from January – February 2022. The research design used was a static group comparison. The sample is in the form of bloodstains from blood group B to see the effect of time on changes in blood group in the bloodstain samples. The data is processed by descriptive analysis. The results of the blood group examination for 25 days showed that blood group B was 50%, blood group was not detected by 25% and blood type changed from B to O by 25%. Meanwhile, the results of blood group examination for 30 days found that blood group B was 94%, blood type was undetectable by 6% and blood type that changed from B to O was 0%.
