PENGARUH ASI EKSKLUSIF TERHADAP KEJADIAN STUNTING DI WILAYAH KERJA UPT PUSKESMAS MAIWA KABUPATEN ENREKANG
Abstract
Stunting is a child's growth in the form of growing short and continues into adulthood caused by various factors each birth life. In 2021 the prevalence of stunting in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Maiwa is 294 children under five (17.82%) and is a stunting. Objective research to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding on the incidence of stunting in the working area of the Maiwa Public Health Center, Enrekang Regency in 2022. The type of research used is quantitative, survey research methods Analytic is a Retrospective Study. This research was carried out in the working area UPT Puskesmas Maiwa, Enrekang Regency on March 28 - April 28 2022. The population in this study are all children aged 24-60 months a number of 60 people with purposive sampling technique. Data collection consists of on primary and secondary data. Data analysis using SPSS statistical test version 16.0 with univariate and bivariate analysis chi-squere level of meaning 0.05. The results of the distribution analysis show the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and events Stunting test analysis Chi-Square obtained pvalue 0.00 < 0.05. In conclusion, there is an effect between exclusive breastfeeding on the incidence ofstunting in the working area of the Maiwa Health Center UPT in 2022.
